To make this I brewed the tea using just enough boiling water to cover the bag and let it brew for 3 minutes. I then used add it to cold tonic water and ice. Finally I added pisco, which I got from Peru!
It turned into a nice long drink, that I would make again, but using a different tea as I’m not a fan of liquorice. I think this would work well with a bitter lemon or maybe even the pisco sour mix you can get to make the peruvian drink.So this is not my favourite of the week, but worth trying and something I will adapt and try again at some point!
