I can’t believe it’s June tomorrow!

The first half of this year is going by in a flash. I feel good about what’s happened so far, but there are still things I want to get sorted soon. I don’t want to get toward the end of the year and I’m still trying to change the same things.

So I’m making some goals for June.

  • Wear a skirt to work once a week – 4 days
  • Stick to the budget I’ve set my self for the month
  • Lose 6lbs by completing my food journal and going to a Weightwatchers meeting once a week
  • Get back to running as my toe heals and get a half marathon training plan (also swimming on e my eyes are healed
  • Go to the gym twice a week
  • Study twice a week
  • Project twice a week
  • Get up at 6am to do a task before heading to work
  • These are all to help me long term and not get stuck in bad habits while exercising is limited. They are also to help me be proactive this month in areas of my life that are getting me down. I now have tasks I can complete to work toward bigger goals and changes a bit at a time, rather than get stuck like I’ve felt for a little while. I’m working to the 80/20 rule to stop myself beating so hard on myself when things don’t go to plan.
