Gym-ing It Update

Back in September I re-joined my local gym and took up the 5 personal training session offered as part of the membership to keep me going.

Last week I went for my final session after a month of doing the programme and got some greta results. It hasn’t shown in my weight, but it has made a difference on my measurements 🙂

Really happy to see my legs and arms have reduced, as this was noticeable from my clothes as well as my waist.

I’m going to carry on with this programme for another month as I really like it and then see again how I’ve gotten on and then make changes so I don’t get bored and my body doesn’t get used to it.

I’m most surprised that I’ve enjoyed being back in a gym. Being local it is much more friendly than my previous one. All the gym staff make the effort to say hi or have a proper chat with people and keep an eye on things when it gets busy. Also it’s less than 5 minutes drive form home or 10 minutes walk – perfect 🙂
