Yesterday was a day of baking and it was great 🙂
I’ve been wanting to make bagels for ages but have never found the time, so I have taken advantage of being off and made them for lunch with lots left for the rest of the week. I used the recipe my friend Ingrid used back in January. The original recipe can be found here.
I added sunflower seeds to my dough and then put pumpkin seeds on the top of half the bagels. They turned out great!
