June Goals Results

For the month of June I set my goals back in May and I have done very well considering I had to take a week off for holiday.

  • 1,000 Calorie Deficit
  • 10,000 Steps a Day
  • 120 Minutes Activity a Day
  • 60 Minutes Vigorous Activity a Week
  • Swim
  • Running Sessions
  • Exercise Classes
  • Study Session

I decided to follow Laura’s plan and break the month into weeks and this made it much easier to focus on them:

  • Week 1 – 87% Completed
  • Week 2 – 77% Completed
  • Week 3 – 91% Completed
  • Week 4 – 84% Completed
Average for Month = 85% completed
Extremely happy with this. It Seemed to click in the last week what I need to do in order to meet my goals and the journey I want to go on for the rest of my life. I want to be healthy and active and challenge myself 🙂

I admit I bought my reward for the month while I was up in the Lakes. I carried on with the home theme and treated myself to a knife set 🙂
