July Goals – Keeping It Simple

This month I am keeping it simple :)

This month is all about my diet. I know I have my exercise down so I am going to fully concentrate on my food and eating habits. I’m going to keep an exercise goal in there to make sure I stay on track, but that won’t be the focus. My focus is to work on my eating habits and replace trigger habits with non-trigger ones instead.

  • 1800 calories a day – More only if have calorie burn to maintain a 1000 calorie deficit
  • 3 Meals a day at a table
  • Daily Mindfulness Exercise
  • Daily Activity – structured activity like swimming or running, but not separate goals for each

Again I am going to aim for 80% completion.

This month I have 2 Hen Dos, 1 Wedding, 2 Open Water Swims, a night away with work, a swim triathlon day and a visit to to the Harry Potter Tour!

Its going to be a busy month and this is why I want to keep it simple with my goals so I don’t stress out about them.
