Today was another glorious day in Seattle. I managed to have a lie in today which I think I must have needed. So after that I got up and made my way to the Washington State Ferries on the Seattle Waterfront to catch a ride over to Bainbridge Island.
There are great views of the city as you head into Puget Sound.
The sun was reflecting off the water and it was very pretty. I took lots of photos.
I took the Waterfront Trail into town and it was great. I got a bit lost at one point, but even without having a map or knowing where I was I made it to the shopping area.
The highest of the walk was the finding of these fantastic stone men
I also stopped for some won’t full ice cream! I went for cheesecake brownie and espresso mocha
The trip back on the ferry was lovely, although a little bit colder than the trip over.
I could see Mt Rainer.
Also the city looked lovely in the late afternoon light.
