Busy Bee

Sorry about the lack of post yesterday. It’s been a crazy busy week 🙂

So a quick run down of yesterday:

  • Total Calories = 1678
  • Carbohydrates = 34%
  • Protein = 20%
  • Fat = 46% – the cheese and houmous and  granola bar
  • Fibre = 19.5 grams
  • Breakfast = greek yogurt, seeds, honey, oats and banana
  • Snack = granola square
  • Lunch = houmous sandwich
  • Snack = flatbread thins and dark chocolate
  • Dinner = Omelette with cheese, onion, mushrooms and tomato
It was a rest day, so I spent my evening studying and then chatted to Sian for a bit then we headed round to another friends house before she moves a bit further away. I got in and went straight to bed. Although not to sleep. I find it very annoying it takes about an hour for me to unwind when I get into bed. Not sure how to change that.
On to today:
  • Breakfast = greek yogurt, seeds, oats, honey and raspberries
  • Snack = Nak’d Bar
  • Lunch = Cinnamon Bagel with Almond butter and banana followed by mango cheesecake
  • Snack = oat cookie
  • Dinner = lemon chicken and broccoli (mum cooked)
  • Snack = Dark chocolate with cherries and greek yogurt with honey and oat cookie
  • Calories = 1915
  • Carbohydrates = 45%
  • Protein = 25%
  • Fat = 30%
  • Fibre = 28.5 grams
  • Exercise = 45 minute Body Pump class
Today has been a bit quieter, which has been nice. I was meant to be studying but I’m so tired I can’t concentrate on it. I’ve finished a book and just started this months book club book 🙂
