Christmas Comes Very Early

I had fruit cake today! It tasted like christmas 🙂

I have 4 months until then and I have a lot to do in between. So there is no rush, but it’s nice to get a taste of things to come every now and then.

Today Menu:

  • Breakfast = Overnight oats with honey, sultanas and raspberries
  • Pre Body Pump = Nak’d Bar and Apple with cinnamon
  • Lunch = Wafer thin chicken, houmous and lettuce sandwich and sugar snap peas on the side
  • Dessert =  Christmas Fruit Cake
  • Snack = Ryvita Thin and Green & Black’s espresso chocolate
  • Dinner = Caramelised red onion sausages and bulgur wheat and roast vegetables (at my sister’s house – it’s not fair she can throw ingredients together and come up with great food without much thought)
  • Coffee = 1
  • Green Tea = 2
  • Tea = 2
  • Herbal tea = 1
  • Water = lots
Exercise today was a Body Pump session with Linz and Paul at lunchtime. It felt great but I seem to have hurt my wrist now 🙁
Calories Consumed = 1716
Carbohydrates = 55%
Protein = 16%
Fat = 29%
Fibre = 32 grams
I feel a little bit hungry (it’s 9:45pm) so I think I need to lower my carbohydrates and up my protein. I think I’ll do a summary of my nutrition profile soon. That should give a clearer picture of what’s going on.
