I LOVE corn on the cob!
For so long I denied myself probably my favourite vegetable because it was too high in calories or points! It’s only 60 calories for a cob!
Not any more 🙂

Now I eat it because I enjoy eating it and it is a healthy vegetable. I’ve had it at least twice a week over the past month. Like anything, if I ate more then one cob at a time it would be too much. But there is nothing wrong with enjoying food. This is something I am only just accepting. Food is fuel and we should enjoy it.

Food is not the enemy. They way I ate and thought about food was the enemy.

I’m still learning, but I wanted to take this moment to share my love of corn on the cob 🙂
